Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

The main objective of this position is to load and unload freight safely and efficiently, while also sorting it according to the purchase order (PO) and SKU. The individual in this role will use a radio frequency (RF) gun to locate and select merchandise for shipment to stores, scan boxes, open cases, and place them on the correct conveyor for sorting. Furthermore, they will pack single and multiple customer orders and affix correct shipping labels to packages before placing them on the correct conveyor for shipment. Additionally, they will induct apparel and footwear onto the tilt trays and pack products sorted by the tilt trays for shipment to stores. The minimum age requirement for this job is 18 years old, and the pay rate is $14.94 per hour. Full-time hours are available with the first shift from Monday to Friday, which covers morning to afternoon hours, and second shift from Sunday to Thursday which covers afternoon to evening hours. There are also weekend shifts available, which requires 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Responsibilities:

• Essential functions may be performed by people with disabilities with reasonable accommodations.
• Gain the ability to proficiently use and navigate RF scanning equipment.
• The proficiency and accuracy in packaging goods are crucial elements in efficiently managing the orders for timely delivery to the customers and stores.
• Move the merchandise for processing and pack it, then transfer the products for delivery.
• Conformity to Company and OSHA Safety Rules.
• The handling of Return To Vendor, returned and liquidation items requires diligent following of procedures.
• Expertise in adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
• Capability to demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, conducting mathematical calculations related to business, and analyzing data.
• Informs the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR manager of any issues that require their attention.
• Follows the prescribed procedures and protocols as evidenced during the initial and periodic training periods.
