Job Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service should be the cornerstone of every enterprise
• On the assigned shift, it is essential to complete store tasks within a reasonable timeframe
• Executes cash register operations and adheres to the cash management protocols
• Adhering to the guidelines and strategies set forth by the company and taking measures to prevent any potential losses is of utmost importance
• Ensuring a secure work environment that encompasses the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Follows instructions to maintain high standards of store appearance and merchandising
• The act of replenishing goods and putting them back in their designated locations is guaranteed
• The use of ZNET enables customers to conveniently locate their desired products or identify potential alternatives that meet their needs
• Stays informed on AutoZone systems and information sources to remain knowledgeable about the products and promotions offered
• Engage in GOTTChA Procedures and Support in the Fitting of Wiper Blades, Batteries, and Light Bulbs
• Employs the OBDII technology to extract diagnostic codes from clients' vehicles
• The capacity to identify issues with cars and suggest remedies
• Managers are kept informed about issues related to customers and employees through regular communication channels
• Focused on enhancing customer service techniques in order to improve customer satisfaction
• Offers truthful and reliable guidance to clients regarding the top-quality products that match their desired specifications

Position Requirements:

• The eligibility criteria for prospective candidates involves being at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
• A fundamental understanding of the components that make up a vehicle is necessary
• Exceptional abilities in communication and making decisions
• Possessing the skill to pick up, move, and transport goods
• Demonstrating adaptability to work varying schedules, including but not limited to weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on the demands of the organization
