Position Responsibilities:

• Delivering a positive customer experience can foster brand loyalty and advocacy among customers
• Making sure that assigned store tasks are fulfilled promptly on the shift is fundamental
• Operates the cash register and follows the cash management procedures that have been established
• Following the protocols and procedures set forth by the organization and undertaking steps to prevent any potential losses is crucial
• Establishing a secure workplace by requiring and enforcing the use of Personal Protective Equipment
• Continuously checks stock levels and replenishes as required to avoid empty shelves or racks
• Guaranteeing that merchandise is restocked and placed back in their designated areas is mandatory
• Customers are benefiting from the integration of ZNET that makes searching for merchandise or finding equivalent products more convenient and effortless
• Utilizes AutoZone systems and information sources to stay up-to-date on current product knowledge and promotional offerings
• Practice GOTTChA Techniques and Offer Aid in the Implementation of Wiper Blades, Batteries, and Light Bulbs
• Uses OBDII to obtain fault codes from customers' cars
• The capacity to identify issues with cars and suggest remedies
• Communication with managers is instrumental in addressing customer complaints and resolving employee concerns
• Actively pursuing the development of more impactful customer service abilities
• Imparts genuine and credible suggestions to customers regarding the best product options that align with their expectations

Position Requirements:

• Prospective applicants must fulfill the minimum criteria, which include being over the age of 18 and holding a high school diploma or a comparable accreditation
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is indispensable when purchasing a vehicle
• Exceptional aptitude in communication and decision making
• Fluent in the art of lifting, transferring, and delivering goods
• The ability to prioritize business needs may require working a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure productivity and efficiency
