Floor Associate

Job Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

• Providing remarkable customer service involves anticipating and exceeding customer expectations
• The timely accomplishment of store tasks on the assigned shift is mandatory
• Executes cash handling transactions and adheres to the established protocols for operating the cash register
• Complying with the guidelines and procedures established by the business and initiating measures to prevent any likely losses is necessary
• Maintaining a safe work environment by implementing personal protective equipment for employees
• Continuously checks stock levels and replenishes as required to avoid empty shelves or racks
• Ensuring that items are refilled and arranged in their allocated spots is a must
• The integration of ZNET is delivering an unparalleled level of convenience for customers to search for merchandise or locate an ideal substitute
• Uses AutoZone systems and information sources to stay informed on the latest product offerings and promotional campaigns
• Follow GOTTChA Techniques and Offer Assistance in the Implementation of Wiper Blades, Batteries, and Light Bulbs
• Utilizes OBDII scanner to obtain fault codes from the engine control module of customers' automobiles
• Expertise in detecting malfunctions in cars and proposing repairs
• Communication with managers is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Proactively seeking ways to improve customer service techniques to deliver higher-quality service
• Provides honest and trustworthy consultation to clients concerning the best products that meet their specific requirements

Position Requirements:

• The application is open to candidates who are at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
• It is essential to be familiar with automobile parts if you own a car
• Outstanding proficiency in making decisions and communication
• Competent in lifting, transferring, and distributing items
• This job necessitates a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to effectively meet the demands of the organization
