Job Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

• Providing remarkable customer service involves anticipating and exceeding customer expectations
• It's critical to complete all assigned store tasks within the allocated shift time
• Performs transactions using the cash register and adheres to the cash handling directives
• It is of the utmost importance to abide by the company's policies and procedures and to take measures to prevent any potential losses
• Safeguarding the working environment by implementing Personal Protective Equipment and ensuring compliance
• Assists with setting up promotional displays to increase sales and attract more customers
• Ensuring that items are refilled and arranged in their allocated spots is a must
• With ZNET, locating merchandise or finding suitable alternatives has never been easier, making the shopping experience more satisfying and fulfilling
• Remains knowledgeable about products and promotions through consistent use of AutoZone systems and information sources
• Utilize GOTTChA Methods and Provide Assistance with the Installation of Windshield Wipers, Batteries, and Light Bulbs
• Utilizes the OBDII system to read diagnostic codes of clients' automobiles
• Proficiency in detecting automotive malfunctions and proposing fixes
• Managers are kept informed about issues related to customers and employees through regular communication channels
• Currently committed to improving customer service skills as a means of providing better service
• Delivers sincere and trustworthy advice to clients about the optimal choices of products that suit their preferences

Position Requirements:

• The application is open to candidates who are at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
• To diagnose and repair a car, basic knowledge of its parts is crucial
• Exceptional proficiency in decision making and communication
• Well-versed in the skills required to pick up, move, and transport merchandise
• Our ideal candidate must have a flexible schedule, which includes working weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary, in order to meet the needs of our clients
